Although we will always endeavour to offload your bulk or heavy goods in your desired location this may not always be strictly possible due to health and safety – for example our fully loaded trucks could cause damage to residential driveways whilst offloading.
Our trucks can also not be left unattended but we are able to offload bulk materials by crane and we will deliver to the nearest, safest practical place. All of our drivers are fully trained and will use their professional judgement when delivering bulk or heavy goods. If you are concerned about access or think it may be a problem for our delivery drivers please mention at the time of ordering so we can check prior to delivery.
